Cost is $30 for this three-hour workshop, Wednesday, Oct. 9, 9AM-12PM, at First National Bank in Cortez, 2258 E. Main Street.
Topics to be covered include board recruitment and retention, on-boarding and orientation, retreats and evaluation.
ADDED BONUS: all staff who register will have a second opportunity, at no cost, to meet for an informal Q&A session with the trainers. Ask those burning questions and learn from our peers who are tackling similar challenges. The "bonus" breakfast roundtable is scheduled for Oct. 23, 8-9 AM at First National Bank in Cortez.
